How we work

Research: Understand Needs of All
The initial step of any product design project is understanding the needs — users, stakeholders,
and business.
My team starts and ends with the user's goals as my top priority. We go one step
further to make sure their goals align with stakeholders' objectives and business needs.
Then, we create a shared understanding by defining the persona and their archetypical usage
patterns — that is, who does what, when they do it, and why they do it.

Design and Feedback: Sketches to High Fidelity
We take the research and put it to good use by starting with sketches — low fidelity wireframes of
key opportunity moments where we can differentiate our customers’ experience from others in the
market.
After our iterative feedback sessions with users stakeholders, we create high fidelity experience
mockups so everyone involved has a sense of what will be delivered.
From color treatments to icons, we creating experiences that allow users achieve their intended
goal — faster with greater ease and topped with delight.

Development: Specification to QA Reviews
We don’t just stop with pretty pictures — we deliver specifications that development teams can
build from — color, text, graphics, pixels level dimensions.
Then, we sit down and work side by side with the development team to ensure a quality coded product
is delivered — working though any issue as it arises insuring an unsurpassed consistence for the
delightful user experience as imagined.
